Concord Reserve is open to individuals of all faiths and is a 192-bed skilled nursing facility that accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Pay and several private insurances. The Health Center and Assisted Living Residence achieved a Perfect Survey from the Ohio Department of Health for 2010.
